Credit Cards: Credit card payments are processed
by one of the largest credit card processing companies in
the world using the same safe 128-bit Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) technology that you find at your favorite online stores
or local merchants. So you can be sure that all your
personal contact details and financial information (e.g., credit
card numbers and associated expiry dates) will be protected
during the payment process.
After work is completed on your manuscript, we will e-mail
you an electronic invoice detailing the services we have performed,
the amount due, and instructions on how to make payment via
your credit card.
Once we receive your payment, we will immediately send you
an unrestricted MS Word version of your edited manuscript
along with a receipt for payment.
Wire Transfers:
For wire transfers, to initiate payment, we will contact
you 2 days prior to your edited manuscript being completed.
As part of this correspondence, we will provide you with an
electronic invoice detailing all services performed and the
amount due, and we will request that you provide us with all
banking information pertinent to your wire transfer.
Once we receive confirmation of your wire transfer payment, we will e-mail you the unrestricted MS Word version of your edited manuscript.
Please note that should you decide to submit payment via
wire transfer, a US$20.00 bank fee will be added to the price
of your project. This additional amount covers the bank fees
incurred by SPI Publisher Services for acceptance of this
method of payment.
Institutional Purchase Orders (POs):
For payments being paid by your institution on your behalf, we require that a purchase order be either uploaded (via our PO submission Web page available through your personal account on this site) or faxed to us at +632-325-0601.
After we have completed all work on your manuscript, we
will send you a copy-and-print-protected and watermarked PDF
version of your edited manuscript along with an electronic
invoice detailing all charges due. Payment of this invoice
by your institution must be received by SPI Publisher Services
within 15 business days from your receipt of this invoice.
Once we receive your institution's payment, we will then
e-mail you the unrestricted MS Word version of your edited
manuscript.
